Croft Mountain Bike Trail
Beautiful place to go riding, great length of trail and largely well kept with some recent maintenance carried out to clear the trail of overgrowth. Highly recommended for a short loop with plenty of whoops. Completely free too!!

Wooden track is a little run down but still okay. The trail around the woods was great for beginners.

Croft Mountain Bike Trail
Good for beginners and families as it's just a prepared ride through the woods so my daughter liked it, anyone who's done any level of mtbing would be a little bit bored with it as it's not very technical or challenging. Having said that you could use it as a decent fitness/TT circuit. We live 35 miles away and probably won't be driving the hour it takes to get here very often. Plus points are that it's well maintained and free including parking.

Quite well thought out and well maintained. As there isn't much climbing or long fast descents it's very good for children from 5-10. There are some more tricky loops to keep more advanced children interested. Good size parking lot too.

Very poor drainage, floods very easily, doesn't seem to be very well maintained and last time I went a lot of the wooden features were damaged or in poor condition, other than that it's a decent trail for beginners.

Great compact trail with an excellent mix of simple and more technical bits. Some quite narrow gaps between trees and tight corners so complete beginners will need to concentrate!

very flat/not much fast paced downhill section. but great for beginners. better yet, it’s free!
