Over the years I have dealt with several estate agents in the area and can confidently say that the service provided by Oulsnam has been the best. It boils down to good communication. Even if matters don't proceed as planned, good communication can make most situations relatively painless and pleasant. Lauren Bell is a credit to Oulsnam & Co.

Absolutely fantastic service from James, Lauren and the Moseley Oulsnam and Co team during the sale of our home in Forest Road. From valuation and photos to marketing strategy, assessment of offers and chasing of solicitors they were attentive, professional and yet friendly and reassuring. All in all an extremely smooth and remarkably stress-free experience thanks to their great experience of the local market and willingness to go the extra mile. Leaving Moseley after 20 years was never going to be easy but when it came to the sale of our house I never doubted we were in the best hands.

My experience did not start of well in that I think the original estate agent overvalued the property and made assurances that did not come to around, which led to a massive reduction in the sale the price. I appreciate the market changed in the last 6 months, however the change did not account for the movement in selling price and the amount the estate agent confirmed it they could sell for. However later in the process, I found Lauren to be fantastic. She kept me updated throughout the process and went the extra mile to achieve get the sale. She was also diligent in ensure the lead time from agreed sale to completion was kept to a minimum (2 months!!!)

We chose Oulsnam’s to sell the flat as they were the agents when we bought it 18 months ago. We were impressed at the communication from them at that time, and nothing has changed.Excellent service from the moment that James came to view and value the flat at a very difficult time for us through to the incredible amount of work that Lauren carried out to get completion over the line. Lauren kept everyone fully updated and provided an excellent fulcrum for the transaction, despite all parties having to work with a buyer’s solicitor who seemed determined to slow down the most simple conveyance at every stage.Highly recommended.
