Outstanding service from the team at Thomas James. Andrew, who we dealt with was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Superb customer service from start to finish. Even during the fitting, Martin and Tom have been attentive, helpful and always on hand to deal with my ever changing requests. Would highly recommend this fantastic company.

We used Thomas James Bespoke for our kitchen and wardrobes. The stages of design, manufacture and install were all above and beyond our expectations. The quality is of the finest raw materials and the finishes are all superior and excellent quality. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and extremely professional.

Had a fantastic experience with Thomas James Bespoke. Felt really looked after through the whole process from design to installation. We were looking for a high quality, luxurious feel to our kitchen and that's exactly what we got. The team we spoke to were very professional and really listened to what we wanted. Definitely recommend!

Martin, who meticulously fitted the kitchen whilst being constantly pestered by our dog. And Tom, who went above and beyond for us.We would highly recommend Thomas James to anyone looking for a bespoke kitchen; friendly staff, high standard of finish and craftsmanship, and transparency.

We cannot recommend Thomas James Bespoke enough, our kitchen was fitted earlier this year. The quality, design and finish is absolutely fabulous and far exceeds other kitchen companies that we researched prior to choosing Thomas James. The costing is incredibly competitive and the overall craftmanship is superb. We felt listened to during the whole design process, every member of the team was hardworking , polite and diligent. We love our kitchen, thank you so much.

My husband and I could not be more delighted with the results. A stunning bespoke kitchen that we always assumed would be outside of our budget. The tailored personal service was fabulous. With such a high tech measurement process the kitchen fits perfectly with a great finish and installed much more quickly than expected. We’re now utilising the nooks and crannies we never realised we had. The complimentary Toblerone and champagne was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

Simply stunning! From the design stage through to installation, the care, craft and overall attention to detail was second to none. When you breakdown some of the so called bespoke kitchen brands on the high street, they don't even come close to the build quality of a Thomas James kitchen. Highly recommend.

Fantastic company to deal with from the designer through to the fitters all the staff were very professional and extremely competent. The product is very high quality at a fair price. Their attention to detail shows in the standard of the finish. Our build schedule slipped over a month and Thomas was able to accommodate us at the appropriate time. I am happy to recommend them and would definitely use them again.

They designed, manufactured and installed our kitchen to exactly what we wanted, it was unbelievably stress-free and nothing was ever too much to ask. They are an amazing team, highly skilled and made us feel so comfortable.The cabinets are of the best, premium quality, so unique, luxurious and worth every penny !* 5 star service from start to finish; would highly recommend & would definitely use them again !
