Getting through by phone to request an appointment is like buying a ticket to win the lottery. You have to ring at 9am and hope that you’re not too far down the queue, otherwise you get cut off and have to try again the next day. Absolutely useless service for a busy town.

The worst doctors surgery I have ever came across! Phone since they open, waiting in a queue for 40 minutes to then get cut off, call back and it says the appointments are booked for the day! Then you try and get through to enquiries which is another big queue which doesn’t seem to move at all.This has happened numerous times!Once you do get speaking to someone, the doctors don’t even see you, it’s a photo! How can you diagnose something over a photograph!Something needs to be changed about this surgery, it’s an absolute disgrace.

Receptionists with attitudes that barely seem interested in providing essential services.GPs that instead of doing checkups ask you to go elsewhere for checkups, so they can blindly sign off on treatments.More chance of being taken care of at the local vet.There's overburned, then there's useless.

Never have any appointments available, by the time you get through to them which requires an absolutely ridiculous number of phone calls. I work in healthcare and I don’t know any other GP’s practice in the country that operates this poorly, an hour after opening and they’ve no appointments left supposedly.

Once you get through the staff are very good at their jobs. However, good luck getting through. You have to block out an entire day in the vain hope of speaking just to reception let alone speaking to a doctor. Utterly horrible appointment system. I spent two hours on hold to be disconnected every 30 minutes and then by 11 am there were no more appointments available and was advised to try back tomorrow. As if people can spend their whole week sitting by the telephone!?! This system isn't working.

Always excellent care from here. The Doctors always have time for you. They listen and are so helpful and kind. I trust them. Treatment room nurses are great too. Receptionists are nice over the phone.

Lindsay was a great help getting my Health and Care number sorted at short notice. Booking appointments however is difficult as all slots are taken within the first few minutes of the lines opening at 09:00 Mon-Fri, but popping by the clinic in case of emergency ensures you get the help you need

Worse than useless on occasion. Check prescriptions in case they're wrong but using doctors healthcare app after registering with doctors can help and asking at reception in person on how to do it can help as phones usually off the hook or no reply & doctors don't care much. If you feel doctors have been irresponsible then report them to healthcare authorities and perhaps with enough pressure & complaints they'll take their job seriously.

1 star is to much for this place. Calling for an appointment like most people on here getting told bookings full, call again tomorrow. What is going to happen when they complete the new 1500 homes in ballyclare.this clinic needs cleared out and proper professional teams put in place. This is the biggest joke in Ballyclare.

Spent half an hour on a queue to get through to appointments only for them to say to call back tomorrow as the doctors call lists were full. The practice is a joke.. they need to modernise and update their booking systems.
