I saw a car advertised online and went to see Jake to have a look. I had bought my previous car at the same garage. Jack was helpful, knowledge and friendly. The car was at the company's other garage but Jake arranged for it to be brought up where I test drove it a few days later. I am happy so far with my i10 and will recommend Jake to my friends and family. He is very polite and not pushy.

Really enjoyed my whole experience, after initially contacting Jake via email, about a car I was interested in. He acted professional at all times, and was very easy to talk to. He was able to answer any questions or concerns that I had, without hesitation. As I live in Leeds, and was unfamiliar with the new car, Jake kindly offered to drive my car over to my home for me. Fantastic customer service!

I bought a car from here just over a month ago after someone had written mine off in an accident. I spoke to Jake a few times over the phone and he was always courteous and made sure everything was ready for when I went down to pick the car up. My previous car was a hyundai i30 and the one I was going to collect was the exact same just a few months older and a different colour. I couldn't have asked for a better service from Jake and knowing it had been checked over i felt safe getting in a the car again after my accident. Hopefully I won't need to for a while, but if I do, I would definitely go back here a new vehicle

Bought a lovely Hyundai i30 from here yesterday. Jake was very friendly and professional, helped me with all my queries, sorted out financing etc. The whole experience was very positive and at no stage was there any pushiness or anything like that. I'd definitely go back here again, especially if Jake's on the case.

Saw a car i liked and Jake said he would bring it 15 miles to me to view as i didn't have a car, which he did. He arrived on time, very friendly. Didn't pressure me at any point. The vehicle wasn't suitable so he took it back and suggested another they have. Even went out of his way to send me pics on email. I was interested so again Jake brought the vehicle to me. Loved it so bought it straight away. This company are happy to use Car Guru's and are open and transparent. Highly recommended and i don't do compliments lightly, well done Jake, asset to the company.
