Kwik Fit - London - Lower Hampstead

Up till now I have had nothing but praise for Kwik Fit. However this branch has changed my opinion for the worst. An expensive and thoroughly unpleasant experience from start to finish . A complete rip off and not what I’ve been used to from other branches of Kwik Fit .

The order was forgotten so when I arrived for my appt, there was no battery. The branch team were very helpful, cheerful and responsive. The battery was sourced and fitted with efficiency and ability. Thanks team. The final invoice was less than I was advised - very nice surprise

I’ve been using this branch for many years. Always a smile on their faces and all very efficient. Much recommended.

Great service, great staff. Took a nail out of outer bit of tire for free as it hadn't penetrated inner tube. That's what I call first class service. These guys are great - never had a bad experience with them. Thanks so much.

Operationally things work well at this garage but charging £550 to replace 4 glow plugs (spark plugs) is a disgrace. The manager Darren? spent the whole time trying to convince me that he'd done nothing wrong" and this was a normal price. Impressive level of dishonesty. Only after the threat of complaint did he enter a dialogue about the price

Paid £140 through fettle for a bike service. High end stuff. Had to have wheels realigned and supposedly everything was taken apart and cleaned. Just went for a ride this morning and the bars weren’t even straight to the stem and front wheel… Won’t be sending my bike here again.

Service was great, everyone was pleasant and polite to deal with, plus they squeezed me in super quickly to get my MOT done

Great service. Good setting of expectations, and then beating them. I messed the team around a bit by asking for 4 tyres to be fitted quickly - so that I could pick up the car before lunch - but in the end couldn't come before lunch and came at end of afternoon instead. The store manager was very accommodating and gave great service.

Great experience as punctured my tire and they squeeze me in for the same day service. Staff were really really punctual and very friendly even made me a cup of coffee while I waited could highly recommend.
