Your Spray Paints

Ordered the Goosewing grey and some primer for some outdoor metal work and thought the quality of product was fantastic, colour was spot on and the client was happy. We will be back for more.

We have been using Your Spray Paints regularly for several years, their product is always top quality & deliveries are prompt. Also the staff are always keen to help, often going above and beyond to assist with their advice. The website is sadly currently difficult to navigate, but I have been assured they are investing in a new and better one soon! hopefully the new one will have broader functionality to enable customers to access tracking information, invoices and more?. I ordered a single can of colour-matched paint - which arrived with a blocked/faulty nozzle. Having reported this and then continued to chase, this hasn’t been resolved and no new nozzle has arrived, albeit one was promised 2 weeks ago. Having paid £8 for a speedy delivery, it has now been a month and I am left with a product that doesn’t work and a painting job that isn’t done. Genuinely useless customer service.

I ordered two tins of custom made spray paint -which were brilliant. I didn’t have enough so ordered two more. When I came to use them neither one will spray but there is clearly paint in the tin. Emailed asking for help and no reply as yet

What a horrible company, I have made a purchase of two spray paint from them, they have sent the package without notice, my details have not been shared with DHL which didn't contact me for delivery, delivery attempts or contact of any kind, now yourspraypaint don't want to fix their mistakes and I have lost my purchase which is not refundable..... What a company!!!!A follow-up to a reply to this review, again, you comment is misleading, you haven't provided my details to DHL, they have not left a card, i have shown the pick up code, and I have shown all necessary IDsI still believe you are dishonest!I'm the one who lost, as for you, you have lost nothing but my trust!

the delivery service was quicker than I thought great product went on well

Customer Services at YSP were incredibly helpful during the process and the product quality impressed our client so much they have requested more projects which is great for us. Many thanks - a brilliant service and highly recommended!
