Reasonable prices and a convenient stop but honestly the women's toilets were a bit of a disgrace with no idea when the sanitary disposal units had been emptied. Please have more consideration for female patrons.

Slow. Overpriced.Missing items from what was ordered on the menu substituted without being asked if it was okay. It wasn't.Freezing cold room.Refused a teaspoon to stir my coffee... given wooden sticks as if having a take away.Returned my breakfast for a refund in the end, having stood at the counter with my plate whilst 2 staff simply walked past.Avoid!

Simple food, nice enough dining areas but OMG the Male toilets were disgusting... no soap, hand towel to dry hands long since needed changing. I just used my jeans to dry... it's a shame toilets are like that but makes me thinking what else could be in a rundown state. Didn't notice if it had a food hygiene rating!

£29.99 for 3 meals seems pricey but the portions were large enough for us. Included in the price were beverages. The restaurant was a little dark for me. Men's toilets dropped the fifth star as there was no soap in the dispenser. Next time I am passing I will call in again.

Food is delicious. I am glad to see this cafe after a long journey from Inverness. Some people moaned about the toilet facilities but I find it clean and good enough. I am sure travellers who are non-patrons use their toilet facility as well but there are no signs to say it's only meant for cafe patrons only. I note that along the jouney from Scotland, there aren't any Services" which are available as in England where a traveller can take a toilet-break or have a fastfood meal.So

Ordered 2 adult meals and four children's meals. 3 of the children asked for pizza, they got tomato and cheese on half a bagel. None of them ate it. I had a breakfast burger and left the beef which was not nice at all. My pasta loving child left the pasta as she said it tastes horrible and my husband is pulling faces so he isn't happy either. I definitely would not eat here again!

Ladies toilets were poor. No toilet roll, a broken tap etc. Service was also poor - no real waiting area even though we were taking our food away, hot drinks did not come in any sleeve which made these extremely difficult to carry when they are boiling hot! Food was also a long wait and staff did not seem to know what they were serving (seemed confused when we asked for a bacon roll... despite it being named exactly this on their menu!!)

Ordered the big breakfast and at £9.99 didn't even come with a cuppa or brand named sauces just cheap nasty stuff.Breakfast was tasty but poor quality sausages.Service at till was friendly but took ages for food to appear and as no proper system in place she had to ask everyone if this was their foodDated lifeless interior.
