Terrible customer service/aftercare - We spent £3k on bifold doors however the keys provided were not even proper metal! They snapped twice within a couple of months so we've had to pay £152 for new locks although the doors were supposedly under warranty" - Qualplas simply washed their hands of the issue and said the keys snapping were not covered."

Just want to thank Mike for incredible customer service this last week. Asked to come out and inspect a leaking old conservatory roof at my mum's house in St.Helens, he gave an honest appraisal of options, and even helped me with bringing back some materials so I could perform a temporary fix (I was visiting from out of town and it saved me a trip to B&Q!). In this day and age, you just don't get this kind of service, so I was blown way. Many thanks again.
