One hour before going on a cruise, 148 miles from my own doctors and this little friendly pharmacy offered to let me ring my doctors to get an emergency prescription but there wasn’t enough time.Instead they understood the pain I was in and the fact I’d be at sea for two weeks they went out there way to get me the right medication and my cruise is a joy and nearly pain free . Thankyou

Don't wear masks despite ongoing pandemic. As someone at high risk if I become unwell, I dread collecting meds every month. Sadly they have no delivery option to solve this.

Avoid at all costs. Can't get a prescription right first time. Always out of stock. Never phone when stock is available and never answer the phone. English is definetly their second language as well. It is not possible to leave zero stars. I have moved to an online pharmacy.

Since it has been taken over its gone down hill . They can never find my scripts even though I have a text saying its in . Once you show the text the magically find it . I had a script that was made up on the 11th and they still couldn't find until 2 weeks later when I got the drs to phone them . Surprisingly they found it

All the girls in the place were super helpful, quick and efficient! Very welcoming! Couldn’t wish for better service from the lovely ladies !

Very supportive staff. I watched them take their time with the elderly to make sure they have all their medications and help them get in and out of the store. Nice to see the ladies going that extra mile. The pharmacist is very good. I had an issue and I felt a little uncomfortable. He took his time and explained everything I had to do. Made me feel much more comfortable with the advice he gave me. The ladies must be working there for a while as all the customers were greeting them by name. such lovely nature of the ladies. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy. Great service from the pharmacist and the ladies. I left the store much more relaxed and would definitely start getting my medication from here.

Terrible.They missed out an item on my wife's prescription. Very rude aggressive man when she went back in the rain to sort it out. Refused to help and left her ill and without the prescription. Eventually a lady who worked there sorted it out but the whole thing seemed to be about this mans ego and his refusal to believe he had made a mistake. My wife was in tears when she got home.We are asking for future prescriptions in paper form so we can take them to Llyods pharmacy down the road.

the worst run pharmacy i have ever been to, they first didn’t have my dads antidepressants for 4 days, then they didn’t have my sisters prescription meaning i had to share with her because we take the same meds then my dad has gone there yesterday for my antidepressants and they were shut for lunch and i therefore had none last night, he went this morning and they said I had to phone to get them released - i phoned and they only just ordered them. I am going to be without for about 4 days as well, this is ridiculous. They advertise you cant abruptly stop medication and i have missed some days and i have been abnormal but they can make people wait 4 days. Unbelievable. I suggest you go somewhere else if you actually want your medication.

Not sure when these 5stars reviews are there, but I've never seen 5 star service. So I have a controlled drug in my prescription, was handed it before actually checking who I was.They always seem" busy but still takes 15 minutes to serve you even with 4 people there.They don't seem to like the students much either.They've messed up mine and several other people's prescriptions including a old boy I heard saying they'd forgot his wife's very important meds. I've got home before to realise they've not filled the prescription entirely.And what's with the opening hour's? Do they hate people that work weekends? No Sunday service at all is this the service we can expect for the foreseeable future or are there plans for more opening hours ??Poor service and run poorly.Edit: After looking a bit I've noticed most of the 5 star reviews are actually for boots pharmacy from before and not this pharmacy now Google should adjust that."

took forever to get my medication, have been without for a long time, finally got some yesterday. seriously unorganised.
