Had the pleasure of having Neil complete the tiling works in our house. Cannot fault anything, the work is seriously top quality and very clearly takes pride in his work with everything exact, precise and neat. Cleared away and left the house immaculate at the end of each day and went above and beyond with the fitting to make sure everything was as it should be. True to his original quote with no hidden charges or surprises. Would 100% recommend to anyone without a seconds hesitation! Cannot fault, thank you!

We would recommend Baker Decor (Neil) to anyone and everyone. A truly professional and skilled craftsman. He is prompt, reliable, friendly, trustworthy and very good at his job. He helped us match tiles and grout in our hallway to the existing ones in kitchen and it looks like it’s always been there. We had an issue when the carpets were replaced on stairs and in lounge and he popped back twice to add extra grout (as new carpet wasn’t as thick) and replaced a door bar as the carpet fitters damaged the other one. Work carried out March 2023After waiting for almost 6 months after our initial contact with Neil, I can say the wait was well worth it. We had the kitchen floor retiled which looks great and the cloakroom is totally transformed with floor and wall tiles.Neil came highly recommended hence the wait, he is very polite and a pleasure to deal with. He arrived on time each day put in full days work and always cleaned up at the end of the day.The workmanship is first class and he is very conscientious and meticulous in all aspects of his work.Neil is totally trustworthy and I would not hesitate in using him again or recommending him to other people.

I contacted Neil regarding re-tiling the kitchen over the summer - we needed some flexibility around dates and we're looking for someone who could work around us. He couldnt have been more accommodating or professional, and at a competitive price. The kitchen hadn't been decorated for over 20 years so there was some additional work around the windows, sills and getting the walls into decent shape. The end results are fantastic, we are so, so happy and I couldn't recommend Neil more.

We had Neil Baker to tile our hall and WC floors back in 2014.We've just had Neil come back again to tile our kitchen and dining room. Neil did such a great job first time round, there was no need to go anywhere else for quotes as we knew we wanted Neil to do the job. We have used Baker Decor for all our tiling and decorating needs within our house restoration.Neil has tiled the entire downstairs floor and installed underfloor heating for us. He has also tiled the walls in our kitchen whilst Stuart has decorated the whole house including a number of feature walls with wallpapers and murals.We can honestly not recommend Neil and Stuart highly enough.All work has been carried out to an exceptionally high standard and they are both extremely pleasant to have around the house whilst also being incredibly professional, tidy and trustworthy.We will definitely be using Neil and Stuart again in the future.
