The Mount Conference Centre

Season's,which is part of the conference centre, is great for food and a chat. Jacqueline and the rest of the staff are lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are excellent and everyone is treated the same by all the staff.

We has Christmas lunch here, the location is very central with good parking and the food was first class.

Currently renting a serviced office at the Mount Business Park. The centre has everything we need to carry out our day to day business- internet, office furniture, on site parking and restaurant and meeting rooms. Having a receptionist cater for our calls is also a very nice touch and we like the professionalism of all the employees. The on site restaurant is convenient for business meetings and as a hub for discussions internally. The food is also very nice. From a company point of view The Mount is perfect for us and with good links to the M2 and M3 and close proximity to the city centre accessibility is also a major plus here. I would highly recommend the Mount Business Park as a meeting venue or as an option for a serviced business office.

Staff are always lovely and make you feel welcome. Business centre is always spotless, the coffee shop has some of the nicest Barista's I've ever come across, coffee shop is also spotless and even though busy, as soon as a Barista notices an empty seat they are straight over to clean it up.

Used to be great for meetings, not so great in recent months. Final straw for us was reached today with a member of staff in the cafe being rude to a client. Perhaps she was having a bad day but added together with minor niggles and a decrease in standards over the last few months we will be avoiding this venue in the future and no longer recommending it to our wide client base as we previously have done. Only takes one or two bad experiences to ruin your reputation. As other older reviews have said the staff have been excellent in the past but it has become more variable over several visits recently. Shame really as the facilities are excellent but not worth the risk. You have a staff issue you need to address. Was quite shocked really considering the reason we chose here was it's business friendly approach. We don't have to use this venue. There are plenty of other meeting places in Belfast with a more consistent level of service. I don't make a habit of writing bad reviews. As I said we have had great experiences in the past and my previous review was four stars. I'd still rate the facilities at four stars, just not the inconsistent level of service.

Very nice building, I went there to get my ears sorted by Gillespies, in and out in 15 minutes, ears clear as a bell, strongly recommend.

very large and beautifully clean restaurant. Our first time to visit but certainly will be back. Extensive menu from scones to full meals. Pleasant and helpful staff. Certainly worth a visit.

Had my team get together here and cannot speak highly enough of it. Amazing staff and facilities. They even put on vegan options for two team members (one was me)Will be back again when next in Belfast.
