Kipling Pâtisserie & Prose
One of my favourite places in Bicester for cake and coffee. Great range of treats from neatly finished desserts like the one below to scones for cream teas. Oh and did I mention there's cake meze available if you can't make your mind up? Ordering is self-service and the staff make the hot drinks promptly. There's lots of seating including tables where you can fit a buggy to the side.

Visited this coffee shop while visiting our local garden centre and it was delightful. The £6.25 cream tea with scones is a very good offer and highly recommended. The place gets packed in the mornings and afternoons as it offers high tea in the lounge next to it. Highly recommended.

Hot chocolate, coffee and cakes were excellent. Please see photos.I must say, we stayed until we were the last people there, and there was no pressure to leave. It felt lovely.

The garden centre experience was a little bit overwhelming but it all changed when I discovered the little oasis of cakes and great selection of teas that this place had. The service was extraordinary and the people were so welcoming especially the blonde lady who served us. I will definitely visit again, garden centre or not. Thank you, what a great and positive experience.

We like Afternoon Teas, and have had a few around the country, including The Ritz and Blenheim Palace. The food at Kipling is The Best! They take note of allergies, keep the tea coming, and it is all delicious and plentiful.
