Rose is the best

Went in on 3rd of august. They saw me very quickly and the customer service was amazing. She asked me throughout each stage if i was happy with the nails and went to the extra effort to color match with the picture I showed her. Haven't got my nails done in over a year but this was the last place i got them done and I'm so happy I went back. My hands shake a lot and she dealt with it well and didn't comment on it (which i have had in the past at other places). She did amazing nail art of daisies on my nails and I've never been happier with my acrylics. Highly recommend. Amazing quality, very good price and amazing staff.

This is by far the worst nail salon i have ever been too.Staff are rude , the space is disgusting ( dirty, messy equipment)I am a fully qualified nail technician myself but was ' treating myself' for my birthday with my mum.firstly neither of us got what was asked for - I wanted white tip crylics and ended up with clear tip + gel colour. Mum wanted a manicure & paint and ended up with a full set of gels.Secondly it was just an awful experience.When i walked in the lady seemed extremely unprofessional, I sat down awaiting a nice relaxing experience, everything was rushed... when asking what i wanted she didn't take the time to let me finish my sentence and went ' ok ok' the whole time sat in silence whilst they speak to each other in their home language - usually i don't mind but i dunno, put some music on at least... V V rude about us as the customer. She asked if i wanted a baby pink glitterly base and forced me to try it and when i said no i dot like it she then started talking in own language ae again and said something along the lines of when handling my nails she was very forceful and rude - there was nothing nice about this experience.another lady came in and wasn't sure about what she wanted..again they were very rude to her ' just sit down and look at what you want' and 5 mins later - ' have you decided yet? hurry' instead of a customer friendly approach.Another lady walked in and asked for an appointment and they ignored her, and then finally put on a customer friendly voice organizing when to come in but again were very rude and unhelpful.Quality wise - this is the worst set of acrylics i have ever got, she filed my nails from the underneath weaking my nails, i watched the whole process and was baffled as to how this salon is even opened. the finish is awful - i will come back to this postoh and when paying they asked i bank transfer to a personal account ( not a business) so trading standards should really get involved.I will NEVER set foot in this store again, there are plenty of welcoming customer friendly high quality nail salons nearby.

Avoid at any cost! This is the worts place ever. Booked my appointment a week ago. Day before i have sent a text message with confirmation of the appointment just to find out that the due to a short staff the lady had rescheduled my appointment for Monday and Sunday salon is closed. If i wouldn't text i wouldn't even find out.(Monday wasn't even suitable for me anyway). It happened that on that particular Sunday i was passing by the salon and i saw that it was open, operating as normal, clients inside.Anyway i decided to give another try and we rescheduled the appointment for following Sunday. I was just there and i kissed the handle. Salon is closed, lights are out so i text the lady that i am here- waiting, no reply, i tried to call her mobile but it is switched off. This is simply a one massive joke. I have never ever been treated this way, this salon should be shut down. Absolut rubbish!

Best place for nails art

I've been here twice now. The first time was brilliant, I got a lovely set of nails which I was very happy with.On my second visit, the service was pretty poor. I showed an image of the nails I wanted and the lady looked at it, said okay and then proceeded to do something completely different. I wasn't too bothered as they were Halloween nails and ended up as such, but the process was actually pretty painful. I have eczema on one of my fingers and when sanding down my nail, they were very rough with it, so much so that I bled and was in pain for the rest of my appointmemt. Despite this, the nail tech didn't stop, ask if I was okay, apologise or become more gentle. I sat through another maybe 30 minutes in pain.Once finished, my nails were looking messy. I was watching the process and one of my nails (which were embre) had a faint red line across it where it hadn't properly been applied. When I looked at them properly later, I noticed a lot of clumped glue under my nails and some black acrylic that hadn't been filed/removed. I assumed this would go away as I washed my hands, but as my nails have grown out, this has only become more obvious. It makes my nails look constantly dirty and is very much something that bothers me.Throughout the process, the nail tech would stop and text on her phone for a couple of minutes.
