I have used Flexistore for student storage since 2018 and all the staff have been very helpful. Special thanks to Tommy who has always resolved any problems with storage arrangements and refunds. They have fair prices and are also flexible with storage extensions. Can definitely recommend

The service couldn’t be easier for us, we just request the items needed from store and they’re delivered to us the next morning – perfect.

It’s my second time using Flexistore for my student storage, and both of these times they were late with delivery of my items. However, this time they have lost my items due to allocating them to a wrong vault.

Used this for summer and extended storage when Covid forced me out of the city for a few months. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating, as well as having decent prices. The manager in particular, Tommy, was very professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Decent price for storage but broke my monitor and didn’t fully pay for the repair of it due to horrible company policy. Boxes came back in a damaged condition as well. Would advise against using this service as it is essentially gambling on whether they break your stuff or not.

Very efficient from start to finish - the vault was delivered on Friday when agreed, and we were given the whole weekend to load it. Using Flexistore saved us from having to rent a van and load and unload twice - highly recommend!

Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage company. I have used them for 5 years now. Very affordable, reasonable prices, yet no sacrifice in quality of service or customer service. All the people I have had contact with have been incredibly helpful and accomodating. Super easy to use as well, they make moving as easy as possible, providing all the boxes and packing materials a few weeks before they pick it up for you.

Extremely helpful and friendly service. Prices were fair and communication was always clear. Tommy in particular was always there to answer any questions. Would recommend for anyone moving.
