JOE & THE JUICE

The worst service. I specifically asked Henry for the last order time and I was told 9 pm. Had to take sandwiches for my mum in another country who loves Joe and the Juice. But they refused to make sandwiches after 8:45 pm. So so so infuriated. Like when I specifically asked!! Not just Henry, I asked another server as well. Completely no regard for the customer, and I am a regular. And the staff was all giggling when I left. So rudeee

Not bad for vegan shakes. They taste good and the staff were very friendly. So no complaints from me.

Slowest service of any airport coffee shop in the world - and I've been to a lot. It's 5:30a, not even a ton of travelers, and you wait 10 minutes for a black coffee. Pretty ironic that this is their cups because it's 2023

I mean, J&J is awesome. I love their shakes and food.This airport location though.. just eugh. Disgusting. Everythings dirty. You cant take a step on the floor without stepping on some day old avocado, and you cant sit on a table without touching old sticky juice.Avoid go anywhere else in the airport. Plenty of less disgusting, more hygienic choices

Slowest service ever, literally watched someone stop halfway through making my sandwich to chat to their colleague about what song to put on. Fine if it was like 30 seconds but the guy and girl were having a full blown conversation right next to the unfinished sandwich. Like dude at least make my sandwich at the same time.The guy then proceeded to play the song at full volume which looking at other reviews seem to be a recurring problem. A part of me found him playing “smack that” loudly funny another part thought that it’s way too early in the day for this.Food and drink tasted nice though so there’s a star.I’m an advocate for staff to have fun at work, you don’t get being paid enough for what you do, I get it because I’ve been in that position but dude at least take care of the customers first.

It's greatly secluded from the chaos that the food court is at Gatwick. Yet, early in the morning they have club music playing loudly! People are lovely. Caffe latte was cold. I asked to warm it and the new coffee was just barely warmer. All in all, tasteless coffee. Porridge was dreadful. Should have gone to Prêt à Manger. Horrible food and no peace at Joe. 2 stars only for the service which deserves better rating.

Not the usual avocado sandwich. Yes, they had run out of mozzarella but was told they would add extra avocado. This has less than usually… also was charged stay in price without being asked.Plus was asked to declare if gluten free was allergy or preference - what kind of question is this?! Never been asked this before at a Joe and the Juice.The secret of successful chains is consistency is customer experience but this store fails to get this. A no from me and I am sure from many others as the store was empty compared to the chains in the first floor.

Food is great, place is nice and clean, the staff is kind… and they have the BEST CHOICE OF MUSIC in the airport. Made me want to get up and dance but I was enjoying my sandwich too much.

Really nice drinks with nice easy food, perfect for a preflight meal. Went down a treat and was very enjoyable, tasty sandwich and I even enjoyed the drink wasn’t too sweet or too bitter.Will be returning.
