Me and my husband purchased a van from these , we sent a friend at the time to pick up for us , i paid by transfer with proof in my account , ftl have been helpful with communication to get this resolved. We are now in the process of getting our van back , great company and great service. Would highly recommend

I purchased a van from this joker February 2020finance was arranged and paid for , was going on holiday to Las Vegas 28/02/20and was told the vehicle would be ready on my return to Heathrow on 9/03/20 i travelled up to peterbourlgh to pick up the van , wasn't surprised van wasn't ready ,he decided to mot on that date which failed i was also told that the limiter would be removed ,surprise it wasn'thaving arrived in peterbourg at 8am he arrived at waitrose next to peterbourlgh station 3pmhaving had 3 weeks to sought out the van for deliverylooking at the state of him, he had left everything to do till this dayalso after giving up trying to contact him with regards sending the V5 of to DVLA which again he couldn't be arsed to donothing but hassle ,now the van is in my possession and thoroughly checked over and delimitedbeware of this clown

Company not open when website said it was. I drove 45 minutes to view vans. Gates padlocked and noone answering the phone. Have only had my call answered once in person. Mobile voicemail often full and unable to take messages. Does not respond to email correspondence either.Further to the company response.. Many thanks although we were not in lockdown 6 months ago so cannot see why it was appointment only at that point.Furthermore, your website did not indicate you were not open on the Saturday morning i came down.. Apologies you think my feedback was pointless and do note only positive feedback posted on your site.. Often lessons are learnt from all types of feedback as uncomfotable as it may be.The harsh facts areYou did only answer the phone once on all the times i tried to calling. Your voicemail was normally full and unable to accept messages. And i emailed you twice in an attempt to contact you and make an appointment and you never responded... Until now... 6 months later which probably speaks volumes and says more about business etiquette than i can ever point out.

Great company, very friendly, even stayed late for me to pick my van up when I needed it. Would recommend.

We were sadly disappointed after travelling 5 hours to pick up the vehicle. Having sent numerous messages and phone calls, we are yet to receive our £100 deposit back (which sadly I over paid & were promised that this would be paid back) and the 3 month warranty stands for nothing as he still hasn't replied. Nearly 2 months later we're still waiting!!
