Had a very pleasant experience renting off this company. Any maintenance issues were sorted promptly and communication was always good. On departure I thoroughly cleaned the bungalow and got my deposit back in full. Would definitely use this company again.

Genuinely horrible - I will never attempt to rent a property via this company again. The first time they didn't respond, the second they gave me a slot to view somewhere and then gave it away to somebody else/double booked, and then the third they outright refused to let me view a property on the premise that they didn't think I could afford it - despite not having done a credit check etc? Awful, genuinely never ever would recommend to anyone.

This allowed for a seamless purchase of the property to a fully managed tenancy with no complications.

I have mainly liaised with Chris & Adam at Kingswood. I have found both to be friendly, hard working, efficient, professional and provide excellent customer service. They helped me to make improvements to the property & organised for it to be rented. There was an issue with the bathroom shortly after the new tenants moved in which Kingswood resolved quickly by sending a plumber to the property. There was another issue with a tenant's bedroom late on a Saturday night which was also resolved where I thought they provided excellent service.
