I arranged a viewing for Saturday around 12pm to look at a BMW1000XR. The bike was exactly as advertised so I bought it there and then. The bike was delivered to my home around 7pm that evening after a 160 mile round trip.Thank you Crawford and Ally for your excellent service.

Had a puncture and they fitted me in at very short notice even though they were short staffed. They close at 5 but Ali was prepared to stay if I couldn't get there by then. Really good service.

Took my bike in for its MOT and some pre-MOT TLC. Team were great and the service was better. Slight pool of oil after I rode my bike home and then asked me to come straight back to have it looked at. It was nothing to worry about and they followed up a week later to make sure everything was all good with the bike. Top service

Rideworx is the one stop shop for everything motorbike. Excellent customer service, friendly inclusive atmosphere and easily accessible off road parking. There's a small cafe inside and toilets along with everything you could need for your motorbike. They also do repairs, servicing and MOTs for motorbikes with integrity and expertise. I'd recommend anyone a visit to Rideworx and keep an eye out for upcoming social events too.

I don't usually write reviews but I really felt compelled to write one this time. Can't fault the great service and advice I got from Ryan and all the team.Took my bike twice to them : first for a chain and front/back sprockets replacement in less than 45 minutes. Then they got me out of a really bad electrical issue.Cherry on top, they even booked a MOT slot for the bike and took the bike there (thanks Gary).Also ordered a racing suit from Ryan and the quality/size is just perfect. My new Go-To Bike Shop"."
