Mammoth Tool Hire

Do not use. You are not hiring from Mammoth Tools but from nationaltoolhireshops. You select a location but they can send you to any of their stores nationwide for collection. My order was never fulfilled and only after calling incessantly did I manage to talk to someone who said I could collect from a different county and 40 minutes drive away on the morning I was due to collect. Their customer service is horrible, phones are rarely answered and the chat on their site is the only way it seems to talk to someone and even then the chat will conveniently time out so they can avoid giving you any information till the morning of the collection. I placed the order on Monday for collection on the Thursday. They had plenty of time to fullfil or cancel my order. They did neither.
