Colney Heath Parish Playground

Nice playground in an open space. There are rarely any children which is not surprising because it's quite a bit of walk/drive from St Albans unless you live very close.There is a big climbing frame with a big slide for bigger children and a small climbing frame with a small slide for toddlers. There is a small 4 seater seesaw and one wobbly animal seat. At the back there are four tall swings, with two seats for older children and two seats for toddlers. We really liked that the swings were unusually tall compared to other playgrounds in St Albans as they swung high and far.By the entrance" there is a nice mature tree and a large bench and at the back there is another bench and a general waste bin. There is also a free large parking lot
