Had a few tattoo removal sessions now with laura, work is sterile and clean, removal works fantastic and laura is extremely interested in her job and her customers so service here so far has been perfect, would recommend if youre considering removal 100%

I’ve been attending the clinic for laser tattoo removal for as long as I can remember. Fantastic and up to date technology operated by lovely and professional people, especially Jade, who is my usual aesthetician - I look forward to my sessions just to have a good catch up with her! :0). Been coming to the clinic for a while now & have been regularly treated by Millie. Highly recommend the business & all the staff, especially Millie! She’s looked after me very well throughout each session & explained thoroughly each step & what the effects are.

Extremely expensive. Results on website misleading. Tried to bribe me with money off next appointment in exchange for writing an ingenuine 5 star review.I’m now at somewhere that charges a 7th of the price with better results and he’s honest.

I have used other services for tattoo removal but none have worked as well and as quickly. My practitioner Millie is excellent, knowledgeable and considerate. Very happy, and would definitely recommend.

Birmingham private clinic was where I eventually went and nowhere did it say taser laser so confusing. The girl I had was firstly 20 mins late, no apology nothing, I was sat by the front door on an uncomfortable seat and never shown the waiting room. When she did come she asked if I had filled out the online forms, I explained the link kept failing so couldn't, did you inform us of that she asks? No, I'm not here to do your job, you should check that whatever your sending out actually works! So I then had to fill in paper forms with questions that were totally relevant to tattoo removal. She then laughed when she said yes, it's a standard questionnaire for all treatments... ugh! The whole thing was drawn out time-consuming, garbage. I was there for a test patch for nearly an hour! I cannot see any difference in one session. She said I would need 6-8 sessions, same as a cheaper laser. This is expensive and totally ott !

Jade was my practitioner for my laser tattoo removal sessions. She's incredibly professional and knowledgeable just a great person to be around. Explained the whole process in detail and was very reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

So far I’ve had 2 tattoo removal sessions carried out by Jade who is lovely. Everyone on the team who I’ve met is very friendly and professional. The whole procedure was explained in depth and any questions I had were answered. Overall a great experience I would recommend to anyone considering it or looking for a place to get tattoo removal. Jade is awesome!

From the very first consultation/ patch test, through the recommended x4 sessions, Jade has been really professional and reassuring; she explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions.Jade has been very flexible in accommodating changes to my appointments providing I gave ample notice.I’m very happy with the service I have received and my tattoo has faded significantly in the x4 sessions that I’ve had which will allow me to plan my new sleeve without any trace of the original tattoo being visible.If you have a tattoo that you aren’t happy with and you are thinking of getting it removed, I would highly recommend you see Jade!Huge thank you to Jade for the amazing service.

The staff here are amazing. So so friendly and accomdating. My practitioner Jade who I've only met twice to date is like a friend who I can share anything with. Jade listens to my concerns around my treatment and how I feel about it. Jade will always ask the right questions before starting the procedure and always ends the treatment with how and what i should do over the next couple of days.The clinic is 5* for cleanliness and offer cold and hot drinks on arrival. The waiting area is so calming with a waterfall wall feature and the room is always smelling like a spa with soothing music. I'm always reminded of my appointments with a text and a call 24hrs before . I can't rate it enough. Fantastic service all round. Thank you
