Amazing experience . Paula cut and blow dried my hair. The quality of both was A+. I have had so many people comment on my hair and therefore thoroughly recommended Cellys .

I had a wash and blowdry today. I showed the stylist a photo of MY hair that i did a week ago, the stylist said it wasn't my hair. She quickly washed my hair once , i asked for conditioner to be only put on the ends of my hair she put it all over. The stylist then told me because i wanted blowdry on shoulder length hair it would cost £28 not £14 as advertised but as i didnt know she said it would be ok for this once to be £14 . Remember i showed her my photo on my phone!! I have never wanted to get home and wash my hair so fast. My hair looked nothing like my photo, my hair is curly she blowdried it straight, she wouldn't show me the back then when i paid she threw my change at me. I am a very qualified hairdresser just couldn't be bothered to wash my hair today. Ive been coming for blow drys for 9yrs before lockdown with the best experience always .no wonder it was empty. I will never set foot in there again.

I am so happy with my highlights and cut that Karen did to my hair she is such a professional and I always use her she’s brilliant. I do suggest you use her especially when choosing a new style but all the staff are helpful, you will not be disappointed.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Got my hair lightened here in July and had about 60% of my hair melt off because the stylist left the bleach on for the WHOLE DAY. I now have brittle and damaged hair that falls out in clumps still months later. The stylist never owned up to it and I had to pay over £100 for the service. Broke down into a panic attack outside the shop once I realised how damaged my hair was. I now have bald spots, chunks of hair missing and still a lot of emotional trauma from this. My hair was down to my stomach before this, and left the salon with shoulder length hair and clumps of it missing. Disgusting service and tried contacting them for a refund and got told to get lost. DO NOT GO HERE

I Had a wash and cut today and am absolutely delighted with not only the nice atmosphere but the excellent cut I had today.... I can say in all honesty that it was the best cut I have had in years and I am 71 years old... Thanks so much Deana. (lady with blonde plaited at the back.) will definitely be back in 6 weeks...

I Had my first haircut with Lily, I explained to her what sort of style I wanted to acheive right after a barber didn't meet my desired style last time. Lily listened and suggested what I needed. She was gentle and pleasant.I was extremely happy with haircut result. Thank you Lily. x

Had a hair cut with Susan at Hastings branch and I highly recommended them.The staff were all friendly and welcoming and I was seen very promptly by a wonderful stylist.This is the best cut I have ever had, will definitely be going back.Thank you

Had a dry cut by Karen in Hastings. Karen claimed to have 40yrs experience. I don't believe her. The worst cut ever! I went to another salon and they agreed the cut was bad and corrected it for free.

I have been to this salon previously 2 times, the first time was fine as she did what I asked for and gave me advice on how to upkeep my hair health which was very helpful. However, the hair dresser I had recently blunt cut my hair without wetting it or sectioning it at all which is most definitely not the way to cut hair as it doesn’t insure that you get it all the same length. she then proceeded to cut my fridge with thinning scissors which left my fridge all different lengths and shorter in the middle, which again wasn’t a very professional way to cut it in the first place and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault and mistakes happen. She also cut it way shorter than I originally wanted it and there were longer pieces which I had to sort out when I got home. In turn, I left with uneven hair which isn’t the kind of service you’d expect or results you want when you leave a salon, I don’t plan on returning to this place and I do not recommend for others to go there either.
