They have changed their opening hours and not update it on Google maps, please amend. They are also impossible to contact via phone and are always understaffed to handle the demand of a pharmacy adjacent to the surgery.

My daughter's GP sent an urgent prescription for her at the beginning of this week. I called in on Thursday to collect it, only to be told that it would be ready the following afternoon. This really concerned me, as she needed the medication urgently. I returned this afternoon, and was told that it would be ready tomorrow afternoon! I remonstrated, and a very helpful assistant found that the medication was actually in stock all along. I believed that my daughter had a pre-payment certificate, but then had to phone her in order to confirm this. Surely Boots have confirmation of this on their system???

Have to wait for 14 days to get a text to collect my medicine. Is it only 1 of the 4 items. It is not that the medicine was there. No a human error fogot to make the 2 pages. 20 waiting . 2 times is 40 minutes waiting.

They don't even deserve one star. Always shirt staffed. A prescription was sent in the morning. I purposely went at the end of the day and they asking me to wait half an hour. A child really poorly and we waited a whole 8 to 10 hours. And they don't seem to care or budge. This is the worst pharmacy in Milton Keynes

Absolute worst pharmacy in Milton Keynes. Takes two weeks turnaround to get a prescription made up because they outsource everything, then visited this morning for a flu jab (pre booked appointment) only to be turned away as the pharmacist wasn’t trained to do it. Was then told someone had tried to call us despite the fact they hadn’t (had phone on me all morning, no missed calls) Didn’t bother to rebook the appointment because what’s the point? Will go somewhere less incompetent.

Long wait times, frequent queues out the door, last prescription had wrong items. Lovely staff but they are overworked and there is not enough of them.

Once again - Pharmacist allowing queue jumping and blaming it on his staff instead of listening to them! Engaged sign on door, so you think there is someone in the room getting seen - oh no - pharmacist is behind till dishing out drugs and serving multiple people where people booked in for flu jab are waiting patiently way past there appointment time! There is not enough staff at this boots and they need training on how to manage paperwork and scheduling - Boots please sort it out!

Really difficult to contact by phone even though it was engaged at points nobody answered when it rang? I appreciate people are busy but as everyone else has suggested it seems quite a busy pharmacy so could do with more staff.

I can understand some of the reviews on here as the queues were pretty long later in the day and they do seem short staffed.However, the service we received from Jacqui was fabulous, getting a prescription organised for me even though we were 150 miles from home and without tablets.
