AVOID!! Priced up my carpet very reasonable price, but by no fault of the fitter as the carpet was already cut, he cut it to make a join in my hallway going from doorway to doorway to save himself a few quid, the longest width of the hallway is 3.2m and the length is 4.9m so from a 4m roll it would easily of fit without the join, so for the sake of a metre of carpet I have a stupid noticeable join in my hallway, then over the phone when I asked him why there's a join he's starting screaming how many millions of pounds worth of carpet he's laid then said he's saved £300 because I told him previous quote and that I know nothing about carpet, which is true but I do know it comes in 4 or 5m rolls, then he said I should of told him I don't want any joins?!?!? Why would anybody want a join in the hallway!?!? one of the rudest people I've had the displeasure to meet, shame I had to pay him upfront

****AVOID ****The female on the phone literally the rudest person i have ever dealt with, obviously has no concept of customer service in the slightest. I don't expect to be sworn at down the phone and shouted at.If you want poor service this is the place for you, if you want proper service go somewhere else. anywhere else

Wouldn’t trust them in my house woman on phone sounded very dodgy.. pretended to be the owner but didn’t have a clue.....

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with owners Steve and Leigh at Top Mark Carpets. This couple provided a first class service and went way above and beyond what l would expect from any company. They were also the most competitively priced out of 4 other companies l tried.I moved to an apartment by the harbour that had been empty for 6 years resulting in an infestion of live moths that had eaten away half of the wool carpets not to mention an awful musty smell making it uninhabitable.After a very long and stressful 7 months getting to the point of exchange l was exhausted and not in a great mindset for choosing home furmishings.Leigh encouraged me to take pics of my own furniture and came up with some great ideas about colour schemes that would work and blending the carpets in with linos for the bathrooms and kitchen. I was allowed to bring several sample books home which really helped me to decide what l wanted.I was fortunate to have the keys between exchange and completion and although Steve's schedule was full he came out at 8pm to lift the carpets so that my decorater could go in.I only had 10 days between exchange and completion with the Easter BH in between so getting carpets ordered and fitted was not feasible or so l thought.Steve asked for a set of keys so that on the BH Sunday one of his fitters could go in and lay the underlay. I went to the flat Sunday afternoon to check progress and to my sheer surprise and delight the fitter had layed most of the carpets and was coming back the next day to finish the carpets and do the linos.I can not praise Steve and Leigh and their fitters more highly for their time and patience in helping me turn what was an uncared for abode into a beautiful home in an almost impossible time frame. ( plus putting up with me chopping and changing my mind)!Thank you all so very much.Carey Lapin.

What can I say, from start to finish, service was excellent.I had hard flooring fitted in a very small bedroom, that I intend using as an office, Matthew, the fitter, did a fantastic job, he was polite, friendly and efficient, even cleaning up after he'd finished. I have no hesitation in recommending Top Market Carpets. I will most definitely be using them again. Once again, many thanks Matthew.

Steve and Rich did a brilliant job laying our kitchen floor tiles. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Top Mark.

Best company I've ever dealt with, these guys know their stuff. They trade high quality products, are lovely to deal with, and knocked other companies prices out of the park.We won't be going anywhere else from now on !
