We originally asked Trueloves to help advise and supply fittings for a new en suite shower. Laura and Sophie were extremely helpful, advising us on options and availibility of fixtures and fittings.We had a plumber organised to carry out the work but unfortunately he had to cancel the weekend before, due to illness.Trueloves stepped in and kindly agreed to store our gear, until they could arrange to install the shower themselves.We now have a beautiful shower fitted, thanks mainly to a fantastic chap called Justin (who gave us so many good tips and whose work is first class) and also Steve who was on hand to advise and assist as needed.A refreshing change to experience tradespeople who turn up on time, do an excellent job and leave things clean and tidy!Thanks to all of you for a brilliant job.We would thoroughly recommend you to any prospective clients.

We can highly recommend Trueloves. They have completed a bathroom refurbishment for us and on the strength of that work we are having them back to remodel our kitchen and utility area.The bathroom was completely stripped out and replaced. A new floor was also laid in the bathroom with insulation placed underneath and a new tank installed in the attic which changed the system into an unvented one.We also put a laundry cupboard in the bathroom so the washing machine and dryer are hidden in the bathroom.Steve has been excellent in guiding us through this process and we appreciated his being one of the team doing the work - he is one site and available to discuss any problems which might arise. As a team they are reliable, on time, work well and to a high standard.

Steve and his team have just completed a total refit of our Bathroom. They have re-plastered all walls, replaced and levelled the floor and fitted an amazing bathroom. This has all been done to the highest standard and attention to detail.Steve worked to our budget and the result is a high end beautiful bathroom.The team were respectful, punctual and always left the area tidy each day.We will recommend Truelove’s to anyone.

I can't praise this family firm enough. Quick, efficient and tidy. Removed our bath and replaced with a beautiful walk in shower and accommodated existing flooring and tiling as well as enhancing. Thank you Steve, Richard and Justin. And lovely, helpful Sophie on the phone. You may have to wait as they are in great demand but please do it's so worth it.

We have used Trueloves on a supply only basis . We are using builders to convert our garage . They will fit out the en-suite and utility room. The team provided very helpful creative and timely advice and obtained our items within a week at good prices. So pleased with the sales support provided. Certainly would use Trueloves again.Great team

We are delighted with our new bathroom, supplied and installed by Trueloves. I have some mobility issues: Sophie in the showroom was sensitive and so helpful, she had an excellent knowledge of the products that would be best suited for me. The high quality of the workmanship provided by Steve and Wayne was self-evident throughout, they were a hard-working, timely team tidying up well each day and always kept us informed of what was going to be happening next.The three are a dream team frankly, we are so very pleased with the outcome and have no hesitation recommending Trueloves for your bathroom project.
