Auto Windscreens

Ruined the whole interior with black silicon adhesive. The technician took 2 hours to remove the old windscreen which normally takes 15 mins. Destroyed the trim and the rubber seal around the screen on the outside. The only response is. it was already like that ". The manager Luke came out and had a go at the technician who had no experience at all. By then the car was ruined. Will be taking a legal action. Please do not use them at all. And take photos of the inside and outside before going to them ."

Avoid at all costs, terrible company to deal with, absolute cowboys from the office staff to the technicians. They will ask for full payment upfront to make the booking, 1 hour before the technician is due to arrive they will call and ask for more money, if you don't pay they will cancel.

They have given me Sunday 3pm but engineer has left and no one is there to fix my windshield screen

I had a leak in my windscreen that meant water was flooding in to my car. I booked in a repair and got an appointment very quickly. Pete was an absolute legend and managed to take the windscreen out and reseal it without breaking it and meaning me having to buy a new one. Very skilled and friendly. Would highly recommend.

horrible experience with this company. have waited for 3 weeks for the windscreen to be replaced and when the driver arrived he informed me he cannot replace the windscreen as there is no parking outside my house and we need to go somewhere else to do it. when i said i can not go anywhere as i am working he told me to rebook (and wait for another 3 weeks of course) and drove off. the company should be ashamed of themselves that they employ such a horrible people. Professionalism level 0. they should know there is no parking directly outside my house but there are options without taking my car somewhere else. the driver wasn't even truthful when he explained his company the real reason he left without replacing the windscreen. what a shame. AVOID if possible

Very bad and awful customer service I will never recommend them. I took time off work specially for them because that was the only slot available and the engineer calls me and cancels last minute after confirming with him in the morning. I called them to speak about the issue and the lady cut the call. Im still left with a broken windscreen and no way to contact them because it takes nearly an hour for them to even pick up the phone

Worst experience ever! Avoid at all cost!The technician(Glenn) did not have proper tools to do the job.He used a metal screw to open plastic parts on the door handle which were dented and scratched.He was also not careful about removing and installing parts therefore the inner plastic panel were damaged.He did not carefully removing shattered glasses inside the door. I can still hear glasses inside when I close the door. His excuse is that glasses can never be fully cleaned unless the whole door is taken off which the company does not do.The window cannot go down completely. He even tried to push it down with his hand and said it will go down eventually with time. I suspect the glass is not an OEM part.There are huge gaps when the parts were fitted back.I really regret having allowed the company to touch my car.Yes. It functions, but don’t expect anymore than that.

If I could give 6 stars I would, sorted my issue out and truly went above and beyond. Very friendly guys also, thank you so much.

I really do not understand all the negative reviews regarding this place. Very efficient booking service. Confirmation text, email and phone call. Dealt with insurance company for me. Another text and a link for excess payment. Reminder text day before. Efficient book in. Clean premises. Speedy windscreen replacement. Thank you!
