Terrible experience! What a complete mess. I specifically requested a quick wash, and the guy quoted me £13. It ended up taking over 20 minutes, and they still hadn't finished. My car was just dusty, not even that dirty. I needed it cleaned urgently. The language barrier was the first headache. Judging by the number of staff, they could have easily finished much faster. I had to ask them at least three times to just do a quick wash. The end result was far from impressive, just their usual mediocre job. Clearly, the car wash near Huntercome roundabout, understands that customers are often in a hurry and can provide a speedy service without compromising quality.
