My daughter and I visited the HSBC Kingswood branch recently, and we found the customer service outstanding. Lisa and Kirsty were both excellent, and deserve very high praise. They were both very professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you very much - your help was much appreciated.

As I am managing a business account with HSBC there is no debit card or online facilities available. The nearest and convenient branch is Kingswood, Bristol. Now they closed the counter service makes us deficult. The staff were at the branch in the past are very helpful and customer friendly. Now they posted young inexperienced staffs or trainees in the branch with no incharge or manager. If you ask same question to 2 off those, you will get deferent answers not at all bothered about customer satisfaction... No more deal with them

Staff customer service poor .especially one older lady at the front seems to find peoples unfortunate circumstances funny ! Just go to hsbc Cabot

Turned up to the branch to open an account . The chubby gentleman in a suite who I forgot the name of was not happy to see us , he was from what we could see not interested in serving us. After explaining we are existing customers wanting to open a joint account . His answer was I can't do anything for you go to cribbs causeway. If service with a smile is what you are looking for avoid this branch.

Temperarily closed how about saying when they are due to reopen? I need a face to face with an agent not a phone call that i cannot hear or understand from a call centre somewhere in the world.
