Our favourite coffee shop. The staff are the friendliest around, and are able to get our coffee order ready almost before we have ordered. It has become a bit of a family joke if we miss a day.

I always visit this Costa as it is my local branch. always get same thing. Extra hot hot chocolate hubby get extra hot latte. Last night, 8th Dec 2023. It my drink was cold. Asked to heat it a little the girl was fuming. She returned it to me practically threw it at me. Then gave us daggers until we left. Hubby's latte was like water. Havenever had an episode like this. Didn't seem to be a manager on was all young girls and 1 boy. Standing around on their fones. Xmas is bad enough without being treated like that.

Awesome wee shop. Coffee is really good. Place is bright and comfortable and very nice inside. It's also very clean, which is appreciated. Air conditioning was a saviour as today was very warm.

Coffee and teacake were great. The cleaning regime is doubtful. I observed 1 member of staff clearing/cleaning tables. There was no understanding of the need to sanitise the customers touch points on the tables and chairs. A wipe across the table top with a cloth IS NOT sufficient.

Pleasant layout, good consideration of social spacing. Very friendly staff and efficient service. Nice range of pastries, toasted sandwiches, coffees and tea.

I waited in front of a young girl, waiting to place my order. She was texting on her phone, looked up, acknowledged me and went back to her phone. A young guy was working on other orders.She eventually came off her phone and started taking sandwiches out of a basket and lining them up on the counter. She still did not speak to me. I turned to walk out and spoke to the girls behind me...she them threw all the sandwiches backing the basket. The other lady asked for help and she said sorry, she was busy and walked off!!!???? Shocking behaviourThis happened on Monday 6 November

Stopped for coffee and a bun with my mum while she waited for Specsavers to repair her hearing aid. Sat outside in the mall and watched the world go by. Quick service and friendly staff.
