Had my door fitted 6 years ago last month and last week it started catching, phoned sawyers Monday morning and an appointment was offered to call that evening, I was working so appointment was made for today after 4pm, at 4.10 two men called to check and sort the door, it took 10 minutes no worry and no charge as all part of the guarantee. Great Professional service 6 years ago and its carried right on today. 10 star service. Thanks all

Dreadful customer service, just one example being it took 18 months of emails and phone calls to change a faulty panel. Quality of workmanship fluctuates between good and poor. A very dissatisfied customer!
