Excellent service. I had an issue with a paint colour - it was not quite the expected colour due to the paint manufacturer changing the formula. The staff were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and we were there working it out until just after closing time on a Sunday. Thank you

Great range of items, excellent staff and they are very helpful. It's a busy shop but you have a good range of goods here. In a very good location for the area and the prices are very good. I always come by here to get things. When I have questions the staff are very helpful to answer them and prices are very good as well. Saves you time not ordering off Amazon and buying in person instead.

I am a 76 year old customer and have been to the store 4 times in the past month. Each time I have been served by a member of staff called Lucien. He always goes above and beyond, taking time to answer my many questions, not only about the products themselves but helping me to understand the best way to use them or suggesting alternatives. He is very knowledgeable and generous with the information he shares, and at a time when excellent customer service is increasingly rare, Lucien is an asset to the store and to your company.

Reliable service and decent prices. A go-to store for most DIY or trade supplies.Staff are friendly enough and have some knowledge to help people who don’t know an awful lot.Not the easiest to park around though.

Omar, the assistant manager, is star quality. He is well informed and very helpful. When he doesn't know something about a new product, he researches it via the manufacturers. He's alert to the customer's needs and responsive. He went out of his way to help me with supplying Bona HD floor primer.

Staff has no knowledge of basic house work question. He should’ve transfer my question to another employee or manager with more knowledge. Was hoping to go in person to ask and pick tools but they were not experienced enough to recommend anything.

Straight to the point, no customer service, no manners,workers not intresting in helping and finally its rather chav, roadman place. I am shocked the way i was spoken to by a staff member.
