Just read today that BA has made big profits, interesting?!?! Our flight was an hour and a half late getting out of Nice, so we missed our connection in Heathrow. The flight crew said we may make it, knowing quite well that we wouldn't with a long bus ride from the plane to the terminal. Some people, (it must have been VIPs) were already booked on a flight back to the USA. But when we finally arrived we were given a ticket on the Canadian Budget airline, WestJet, with no seat assignments, (we had paid an upgrade for nice seats on BA).WestJet turned out to be OKWe were give a $10 food voucher, really what can you buy at the airport for $10???BA lost our luggage, it took 3 days to arriveAll and all, will avoid both British Airways and American Airlines and definitely avoid flying through Heathrow

Honestly, worst flying company I ever seen. Customers service just telling you a text from book and even not listening a problem. I did 5 calls, 3 of them - robot sent me a message with the same phone number I'm calling with note call here and we will help you" . They didn't help at all

I had three flight changes in one day with British Airways, citing reasons that were neither understandable nor acceptable. The scheduled 7:20 flight was delayed to 10:20, then 10:20 to 11:20, eventually departing at 11:30. No one apologized to passengers, and the weather excuses seemed untrue, as they had merged four flights. I couldn't comprehend why they sold tickets without ensuring the first flight. From the start, selling tickets for a flight they can't guarantee is highly problematic. I do not recommend this airline.Expensive for no reason. Poor customer service and absolutely disappointing.

While I really enjoyed the service from the Jet Crew, I must say the same can not be said about the Gate Agents doing check-in, nor baggage check agents. Not all passengers are familar with the kiosk/bag check process, so they must be more patient and less sarcastic, especially in front of high seat cost" paying passengers. Also

Well my experiences with British Airways is nothing to complain about. Seats are comfortable and the flight attendants really ensure that you are ok. I will always chose British Airways when I am traveling. Once they are one of the choice to make and I believe that they are very safe to take you to your destination. That is me but I certainly would recommend them all the time. Last but not least the Pilot update you always of everything so you don't just sit there and not knowing how long you have to reach your destination. Thank you British Airways. Keep up the good work and services to we the people.

It is my first time taking BA and it is definitely a very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend you all to avoid flying BA from London Heathrow back to the US, especially if you are traveling on a visa. Their ground direction, speed and service is just not up to international standard. I have already checked in online and got the digital boarding pass but it said that further kiosk assistance is required for document printing when I got to the bag drop area. There was no indication on what was actually needed for printing. Staffs directed me from one area to another one, one long line after another one, what's worst, the line just moved extremely slow with over 50 people waiting in line with just 3 or fewer staffs/kiosks available and staffs allowing line skipping from time to time. It eventually took me over 90 minutes to actually get to the check in counter.The worst is that I found out the only reason they needed me to check in at the counter was because they could not process my visa information through online checkin. So what's the point of asking me to spend time filling in all the information online then?It is lucky that I have reserved over 3 hours in advance but what if there is an accident on the road or train delays(which happened so frequently here)? I would have definitely missed my flight just because the ridiculous arrangement in the airport. Indeed I witnessed that there were a couple passengers missed their flight because of the poor arrangement of BA.I feel that my time is totally not appreciated and the email response I got from BA was just equally disappointing which obviously it was a reply generated from a template that did not have any reference to my case. I would definitely avoid BA from now on and recommend you all think twice before your purchase.

Showed up 3 hours before our flight from London to Zagreb and are told no more seats available as flight was oversold??? Then they send us to a hotel specifically set up for passengers like us that they’ve screwed over. Hotel restaurant didn’t even have a liquor licence so after a stressful day couldn’t even order a beer!!! Avoid BA.

British Airways flight from London to Toronto was a real experience. The flight was full as usual. The flight crews was very helpful and food service was non stop. Wasn’t easy providing service to a jam packed flight but they did it so well. We even found time in the flight to have a friendly conversation. The flight duration was 7+ hours . There were people moving around to ease their back and helping themselves to loosen up . Happy Flight!

During a 10hour flight (Austin -> Heathrow), we only had chicken as a meal. The stewardess told us that they were out of pasta. We don't eat chicken, so our entire family, including a 6 years old, had no food for 10 hours flight. This was not acceptable. I have never seen anything like this. On our return leg, we brought food into the plane not to be starving. The flight had 1,5 hours delay on both directions and the Heathrow Airport truly sucks. Not using BA ever again.

I booked a 16h flight with 1 stop. Then, 1 flight got canceled. So for reschedule, British Airways told me that the best alternative would be a 27h flight with 2 stops (via London). I looked it up myself, there was a shorter alternative with Qatar Airways (a flying partner of British Airways), a 17h flight with 1 stop (no London). British airways told me, that their system didn't allow them to book that flight". So I requested a refund and booked it myself. I assume
