Staff fantastic. Actually took the time to chat about what's right for you rather than what's the highest sell they can make. Will always shop @ this store over and abovr every other store. Fantastic

Went in with my son who was looking for North Face trousers - asked the greeter about a kids/youth section and was led to what we were looking for and he even found the sizes we needed. Great service and attention to detail - a very much needed throw back to old fashioned customer service

Visited Edinburgh as was sadly disappointed. I was looking for some new hiking boots, and they do sell them, but there was literally no information on any of them. No details on any boot. Just a set boots on the wall with nothing else. no names, use type, or any detail at all.

Some top quality mountain gear in this shop (as expected). Also some cold weather fashion stuff.Always find it very annoying that the price tags are deliberately hidden away in the left outside pocket - stupid annoying policy (lost one star for this fact). I've been in the shop several times and walked out out of frustration due to this fact.

Unfortunately I couldnt find an address to send a complaints letter to, so Im leaving it here as a feedback.I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at The North Face Store in Edinburgh. As a long-standing and loyal customer of your brand, my recent encounter with the store manager left me with an unpleasant impression.On the 29th October between 12.30 and 14.00, I visited the North Face Store in Edinburgh with my husband to make an exchange. Regrettably, I had purchased an item that didn't fit correctly and was looking forward to a simple and straightforward exchange process, as one would expect from a company of your reputation. To my dismay, the interaction with the store manager was far from what I had anticipated.The store manager at that time, displayed a remarkable lack of professionalism and courtesy during our encounter. She was extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Her tone was dismissive, and she seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns or assisting me with the return. This interaction not only left me deeply disappointed but also embarrassed as her behavior was witnessed by other customers in the store.I would like to stress that this encounter was not representative of the level of service and professionalism that I have come to associate with The North Face brand. I have always held The North Face in high regard for its quality products and excellent customer service, and it is disheartening to experience such a negative and disrespectful interaction at one of your stores.I believe it is important for a company of your stature to maintain a high standard of customer service, as it is a key factor in retaining customer loyalty and satisfaction. My hope is that The North Face can address this issue promptly and take measures to ensure that customers are treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the store manager. You will find your manager on the cameras, dismissing me and telling me to leave the store saying done bye!!!" 3 times. To this day I cannot believe I was spoken to in this manner. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions taken in response to this complaint and any steps that will be implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future."

Fantastic place and their staff are very friendly and helpful

It’s like a gingerbread house made out of clothes. Only there are multiple witches scattered throughout trying to thrown you into the furnace of economic hardship. And you forgot to leave a trail of bread crumbs so you just wander around in circles gazing at delicacies until you hate both Europe and outdoor clothing with a mighty, raging passion.

Very nice shop.Staff is extremely helpful and clearly knows the products.Spoke with 3 different persons all of them welcomed me with a smile.I have bought my Jacket and waterproof trouser there, good tips, perfect customer service.The two years warranty on your products works well, no problem to exchange your default item if needed.

They kindly replaced a product for me that I had bought in the USA. Albeit about a year ago, so it was still under warranty. Fast and easy process. Completed in under 10 minutes.
