Absolutely mad They charge you 4 passport size photo 17 pounds normally in London any where 6 to 8 pound Absolutely mad ! Avoid this place!

The staff were very helpful and efficient making sure we had the correct quality of passport photos.

Just went in and paid £6 for 2 black & white A3 photo copy's, I then went next door to Ryman's and found out that A3 black & white photo copy's are 55p !Snappy snaps is a rip off !!Never again .

I have already shared my experience @ Snappy Snaps and it hasn't changed. Excellent Service, friendly and helpful staff, plus I had my Passport photo taken there. They listened, and got my color as close as possible to perfection. I received my new Passport from Passport Office.

Great store, not the cheapest but the staff are helpful and friendly and I am really pleased with the old photos that they made copies of. I'd recommend.

The service was disappointing. We went with our 3.5 year old son to get passport photos taken. The little one was a bit anxious whenever we asked for some time to prepare him, the employee gave it to us but at the same time she showed her irritation. she held her head and made various ugly faces every time the little one said no. When we calmed him down, he refused to take a picture if the little one didn't sit still and as she wanted. We explained to her that he is small and it is not easy but she persisted and continued to show her irritation. Then she refused to give us the photos she took because she didn't like them and told us to go another day and make sure the little one cooperates. We forcefully took our photos which we paid 20 pounds for and of course we waited over 20 minutes without any explanation and the next customers from us were leaving earlier. He saw that the little one was worried and said you will wait in your turn. No politeness and of course this particular girl does not know how to smile or how to treat a small child in order to make him feel good. The staff should learn to be kind to everyone, especially children.
