We have a fair few animals and about to get more. Millbry Hill has the best selection for them all, whether it’s food, treatments, accessories, etc. also, the prices compare to online. So don’t give your money to fat cats, give it to a local business working hard so you get what you want with a great choice.

What a fantastic service. We were kept updated with emails and texts about our order. We had a new pony arrive on Friday, I ordered a number of items needed for the new arrival and they arrived on Saturday, just in time for the children to have their first ride. Really happy with all of the items we received. Will definitely be using them again.

Very Expensive. They are double the price of other places. I can get stuff delivered to my house for less than I can buy it at Millbry.Mole stores round the corner is much better value for money

This store sells expensive clothing and accessories, I was purchasing an item from the Fairfax and Favor range to find I had to place it on the counter after the customer in front had bought dog food placed on the counter, the item I bought was then not placed in a bag, it was not a pleasant shopping experience when buying a luxury item. The issue could easily be resolved by opening a counter on the other side within the clothing area to keep animal food and clothing separate. I would not buy any expensive items from here again I would rather order online direct from the website (Fairfax and Favor Website) and just use this store to buy the odd dog treat!
