No way to know when car park is full, got stuck behind a car waiting for a spot. Toilet barriers were not working on the bank holiday weekend

Worst car park I've ever been to in terms of the payment system. When it is busy the parking app crashes and when you try to call no one answers so last week we spent an hour trying to pay and had to go to another car park in the end or risk a fine. I've been to this car park over 6 times and every time we have a problem paying for parking (& we are seasoned parkers")."

Need to arrive early to be sure of a parking space in high season. Payment by Pay By Phone app replacing an earlier app that we found not as good.

Nice Cark Park with a very short scenic walk into Bourton on the water everything available by contact less payment even the toilets which were 30p ! Gives an updated version of spending a penny

The car park was not full in the afternoon (Monday). Dragonfly Maze, Model Village and Bourton on the water.
