Great welcome and customer service from Shaw. Wasn't forced towards the most expensive items and time was taken to get the right club for what I needed. Good tips and advice on how to improve my golf too.

Had a great experience in this store, in particular with the staff member josh. I’ve had the same set of clubs for the last 10 years, and it was time to upgrade. I was able to try out a range of clubs in the golf simulator which allowed josh to assess my performance and recommend the most suited clubs to my needs. I ended up purchasing taylormade sim2max irons and I must say it was a great purchase as I finally broke 100 yesterday with my new clubs. Very happy!

AVOID AVOID AVOIDRang them early in the day to take my son for a driver fitting. Was told 4-4.30pm would be fine. Turned up and was asked to wait whilst someone else had a fitting. 30 mins later, still waiting without acknowledgement. I politely questioned the pro and the manager (blond with beard) starts telling me not to abuse his staff.Walked out and went to American Golf Chadwell Heath where we had a totally different experience.

Terrible experience. Poor customer service particularly from one member of staff, Josh, regarding custom fitting. He was obnoxious, rude and unprofessional, with only a focus on his own commissions. Not normally one to do so, but will be lodging a formal complaint, and will be better served taking my custom elsewhere.

Got custom fitted here for some new irons. Had done my research so was pleased that my fitter also had in depth knowledge of the clubs. Was a bit nervous beforehand but was put at ease and never felt rushed. Tried a few models out and got the right length. Looking forward to my Driver fitting later this year.

Excellent golf shop with huge selection. Friendly staff who really know their golf. I was fitted and bought a full set of clubs here.

Not too bad. I have had better experiences at other golf stores, the staff are young and don't seem attentive. The order took an inordinate amount of time to be delivered. But other than that, my clubs we're fantastic, as was the trolley.

Staff at Braintree store were excellent. They asked me a few targeted questions and observed my strike pattern with my old clubs before recommending a few different clubs and then began fitting me immediately for them. He identified the best shaft and head for me and measured me to ensure that no other adjustments needed to be made to the clubs before making the payment process quick and simple. Throughout the process, staff were friendly whilst maintaining their professionalism and focus on ensuring accurate results from my fitting. I cannot fault them, at all.
