We went in to your Warrington dealership and was introduced to Annie Rose. She sat and listened to what it was we were looking for and then was able to help us with our purchase. We were able to have a test drive on the day and nothing was too much for her. Our new car was swiftly ordered. Paperwork was easy and she kept in touch with us throughout the wait for our new car to arrive. When we collected it again nothing was too much for her and she was great at taking me through the car and help with any questions. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Such a pleasant experience today at M-B Warrington, staff extremely pleasant and helpful particularly Danny on the welcome desk, when I arrived he quickly checked myself in and helped with the express check Inn. This is the first time I use this service. Overall customer experience is excellent. The receptionist (Nicole) is nice and very helpful. She proactively walk through all the document with me at the end. The health check video is clear and let me have a closer look of my car. The whole process is efficient with short waiting time. It is a rainy day, so I can only make comment on the complimentary vacuum which is done perfectly.

Amazing service as usual from Lisa. She kept us updated from start to finish. No matter how many times I got in touch with any questions she answered them all no problem at all. Hand over was a very special experience, she went above and beyond to make it really, really special. Please make sure she knows what a fantastic job she does. I had to ring Mercedes Warrington this morning at 8;30. Lyndsey who answered was very professional and went above and beyond to sort my query. Jordan in Parts also helped and was efficient, helpful and again went above and beyond. I had to bring my car in and Martina sorted everything quickly and I was back on my way with my new locking wheel nut within 30 mins.EXCELLENT SERVICE

Dmitrijs was fantastic. Good service and attentive, no pushy sales tactics or back and forth with pricing. He was upfront and honest about all aspects and we spent a good amount of time discussing a variety of options and suggestions. Never felt rushed or under pressure to make a decision. Would happily recommend him as a salesperson.
