Watch out for the fake reviews on this, it was a ghost kitchen in a vape store which had 4 other restaurants listed. The food was okay but they didn’t do any of the customizations (less toppings). The only thing saving it from a 1 star was the waffle bites as they actually were incredible. You’re better off going to the food court across and down the street (smoky boys, adora pizza etc) which is still tourist priced but is made in front of you and has good seating. Jacuzzi is great too but you’ll want reservations.

There was mud and dirt inside my take way order. Seriously this is disgusting and unhygienic!! Be careful ordering from this place. Need to contact the council food standards as they have no basic idea about health and safety and hygiene

After placing a order which never came (Uber eats fault) I called to ask where my food was but they were no help as he could not speak English well. I then made the same order the on another day. The food was awful, I ordered Mac and cheese which was like wet salted pasta, tasted very much like it came out of a can! I also bought a hot dog yuck! they sent me £3 voucher via email for my experience. Ugh do better guys!

This isn't a restaurant that you can eat at - you pick the food up at the door and leave. I can honestly say that since being introduced to Bunify I have ordered at least twice a week. The Philly cheesesteak and bunify wings are unbelievable and all I order. You cannot go wrong. Thank me later.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bunify, High Street Kensington. Ordered food for collection and was greeted by a vape shop instead of a restaurant. The person communicating through the doorbell was extremely rude. Couldn’t find any food hygiene rating on the storefront or on the Food Standards Agency’s website which raised hygiene concerns. Got home to find the burger stack hot dog subpar, but the real issue was a solid piece of bone in the Bunify’d dog my fiancé ordered, causing her discomfort and leading to wasted food. A regrettable waste of time and money. Customer service and food quality need serious attention.

I don’t usually give bad reviews but the order I had from this place was very concerning. Firstly they did not listen to any of the customisation requests for the bun and gave us dry buns with only chicken and cheese inside. The chicken was burnt from the outside but pink inside? Aswell as this there was pieces of a stick (see photo) inside the bun, raising concerns on the hygiene levels of this place and the environment they are making food in. I called the restaurant to understand what went wrong but the person on the phone spoke little English saying “no signal” then hung up. This confirmed for me that whoever is in charge of this business is just employing anyone to get the orders out with no regard to customer service, hygiene or safety.

Amazing food and excellent service! Excellent service, she looked after us very well and prepared delicious food quickly and fresh. Highly recommend, will definitely come back. Amazing desserts too!!!

This place was amazing!!! All their foods and even their packaging was impressive. We tried the soy fried wings which at first glance just looks like regular wings but trust me they are not! It has a subtle soy sauce taste to it and is very crunchy. The 2 rolls we tried was the Phili cheese steak and the burger roll, both full of flavour and quality meat inside the rolls. Also don't forget the breaded shrimps with the dynamite sauce. We will certainly be coming back here! Service was excellent as well!!
