We used NPC to fix a small but persistent leak & Matt did a fantastic job. He was friendly, polite & efficient. He cleaned & tidied up after he finished the job.I particularly liked it that my initial phonecall was answered by a person promptly - how lovely not to have speak to a machine/bot.Thank you for a great service!

Nathan’s work is superb - we called on him at very short notice for an emergency plumbing job and he fixed it immediately. He is diligent and experienced and always does an amazing job. He goes out of his way to help and his prices are reasonable- and he leaves the area very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend

Nathan and his team where great.Due to a project being brought forward we didn't have time to wait for another heating engineer to come cap the gas due to plastering happening so soon, within the hour they had there engineer matt with us and he chased to the gas pipe below surface and then capped it.I would highly recommend this company

Fantastic service, keenly priced and whole bathroom and heating system (2 toilets, 2 basins, shower cabinet, bath and 10 radiators, as well as a new boiler and water cylinder, including re-siting the entire hot water and heating system. Work finished to a high standard and completed within the given time frame.
