Christmas is a busy time of year and unfortunately we experienced a technical issue with our hot tub. We contacted the Durham branch where it was purchased and received a good & fast response with fantastic after sales service in resolving the issue. We would like to thank all of the Durham’s team and the lads who came out to resolve the issue. It was performed in a very efficient & friendly manner. Our thanks to everyone involved . Can’t recommend Better Living enough.

The experience of getting a hot tub from start to finish has been superb. In the showroom, Helen was both enthusiastic and patience when answering the 1001 questions we had before we decided which tub to purchase, and a couple of follow up queries. The installation of the hot tub was a swift and smooth operation with the wonderful James and Reece. Not only were they professional and polite, they were neat and tidy. They listened to what we wanted, and where we wanted the tub, and once in place they double checked everything again. They took the time to explain the instructions, the chemicals, and offered a few day to day tips. They worked hard but also had a sense of humour, and were a dream to have in our home

Can't recommend them enough after 1.5 years of ownership.We were delayed initially due to a house renovation, and they were able to keep the tub ready for us even after lots of changes.Installation on the day was spot on and the team doing the work were super helpful.Post the install, Geoff has been great answering questions and even better helping diagnose a leak. Engineer on the day ended up visiting twice to find the issue and finally solve it.Definite recommend

We bought the Melbourne Spa in September. We visited Better Living for initial advice on the differences between ‘plug & play’ and 32 amp models. The staff were very friendly and non-pushy and didn’t ‘hard-sell’. We went away and visited other competitors to compare prices / models but after receiving the hard-sell and promises of better deals on condition of ‘signing up today’, came back to Better Living. The purchase process was easy and crane delivery was both reasonable and competitively priced.We use the spa every day and can honestly say we wouldn’t now be without it. We both work in busy and stressful jobs in the NHS, and find the psychological and physical health benefits amazing. We love nothing more than chilling out in the hot tub after work, and in just 30 minutes feel both relaxed and all the muscular tension and soreness is gone.08/02/23 - updateWe've had the spa now for over a year and I wanted to comment on after sales service. The team at Better Living have been absolutely amazing, and any (small) issues which one would expect, have been sorted promptly and without fuss. Jo in particular has such a positive 'can do' attitude and is a credit to the company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Better Living, and wouldn't now go anywhere else when purchasing another spa.

We ordered our tub form the guys at Better living during the Christmas break we never expected to here from them till they had reopened in January however to our surprise the called the next day with a installation date. The tub was delivered and installed just 10 days from initial ordering. The communication from Better living was outstanding. The installation team were great with the job completed in just a couple of hrs. Then today we got a courtesy phone call from Omar in the office just to make sure all was good. Customer satisfaction is obviously very important to this company.We are loving our new hot tub.

We purchased a Dominican hot tub in May for June delivery and were a bit nervous about buying online without seeing the product but the price was too good to resist! However the product is good quality as well as great value and best of all, excellent and very prompt customer service from start to finish. Delivery team were fab and the after care has been really helpful too.

We took delivery of a Cayman 2 in February. The two lads Dan and James sited and set up the tub in a polite, professional and helpful way. Bill and his colleagues in the Durham and Shrewsbury showrooms were always on hand to help with any technical advice and reassurance. Fantastic product and terrific service, never out of it and best value by a country mile.

We recently purchased the Sydney hot tub from Better Living Outdoors Durham and could not be happier with it . From ordering to delivery, aftercare support and advice the service has been excellent from all involved 10/10
