Andrew took us to view some properties — and it was the worst experience we have had in all of our 18-month long house search.He rushed us through every room, tutted at the current in-situ tenants when they were talking us through the property, and it was painfully clear that there was some issues between the estate agents and owners.A highly uncomfortable experience and such a wasted trip as we had travelled over 2 hours away to view these houses. Upon reflection, we did actually like the house and tried to put the experience with Andrew behind us — but in the end, we didn't feel comfortable having him as the estate agent for our first house purchase.

I put in an offer on a parcel of land after doing my investigation on line.I chased the offer down after not hearing back from Andrew the owner.No acknowledgement after nearly 3 weeks to then finding out the listing was either sold or removed. Not professional at all.Would not recommend
