A nice venue on the seafront. The 'snacks to seats' option for the break is a nice feature.However, I have never seen such huge queues for the toilets though. Perhaps because there's just two (one gents, one ladies) for the whole building. Substandard for modern times.

Central and quite large, modern theatre, although the seats and leg room could probably do with an upgrade.QR code on the back of the chair in front is useful for getting refreshment n sweets brought to you (rather than having to queue).We had a pre-show meal, but the menu was limited to pizza only or salad; chicken and sea bass alternatives weren't available. Staff were friendly n helpful.Lots of pre-show eatery alternatives are available close by though.Mid-week show we went to was less than half full but the quality of the La Bamba singing and dancing was enjoyed by everyone.After the holiday season, you could try the roadside parking options near the theatre, although we parked a 5' walk away. Lots available this time of year.Would go again but maybe eat somewhere else.

Visited here to see Daniel O'Donnell all staff were helpful, and ensured everyone was seen to their seats and even helped the elderly visitors with the steps to their seats! On the way out staff again were helpful and acted quickly to ensure everyone was able to get out quickly, The staff within the meet and greet section were talkative and helpful.

A lovely theatre. Watched 'Calling Planet Earth' 80s show. Great lighting and acoustics.Good facilities, bar, toilets and a lift which was super handy for us.Good disabled parking outside but you can also park on the main row .Great shows, location and super friendly staff as well. Well stocked bar and they also do food deliveries in the intervals.Can wait to go back.

We have been here many times and always have a great experience. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. They do a little bag check upon entering, which is so quick, and they dont touch your stuff. I think it's just a safety thing. We had no issues. They are really good with helping direct you to your seats, which can be a bit awkward when trying to find them yourself. We attended Mania- the ABBA tribute band, and had an absolute blast! The seats were great(even though they were at the top and not the most expensive ones), we could see and hear fine. The lightning, sound, and atmosphere were great. Even the staff were dancing along with us. They were great at handing out snacks we ordered, and the app was easy to us. They were also great at seeing everyone out safely in the end.

This is a great theatre! I have the benefit of having been backstage and out front as a customer, as I often photograph live events. Their front of house staff are always kind, courteous and willing to help. Backstage staff always willing to lend a hand during the load-in of equipment. Highly recommended. Andrew MacDonald

Had a great evening. Had a meal in the pizza bar attached reserved a table. Couldn't fault the service or the food. The very tall manager was amazing he seemed to be everywhere!! Seats in the theatre were very comfy. All in all first class!! Thank you

Frequent visitors to the Princess Theatre, and we love it. Just back from the opening night of Beauty and The Beast and so pleased we went. Fantastic production, and the whole family had a blast.
