Purchased a Kurta pyjama for my Son this afternoon and the young gentleman (Haroon) MashaAllah was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me and my son with the style colour scheme and the waistcoat also. I just collected my dress and I wanted to share my experience, All the ladies were incredible with there customer service I booked an appointment before hand and was greeted so nicely on arrival and had 2 ladies helping me find my dream dress they worked around my budget and only allowed me too try on dresses that would be able to arrive on time due last minute wedding. All the ladies helped so much and were so nice Mashallah. I received my dress and it was everything I wanted and more. Meena Bazaar gave a service I haven’t received from any other bridal shop it was truly just perfect. THANK YOU will definitely be coming again x

Most of the low ratings given are very reasonable. And they definitely haven’t got the shop wrong. The lady owner of the shop is VERY rude and does raise her voice. It can become very hostile in Meena Bazar. Visited the shop very recently and saw a dress that we liked. At first the dress was a very low price but after I tried it on, the staff said it was in the wrong section and it wasn’t that price as they didn’t labeled it, but they’ll take off £10?!??. We thought we’d think about it and come back, as it was a lot of money for a dress that had SO MANY STAINS of make up that weren’t there before as if it has been worn and was in rough condition, wish I could show a picture of it. It was the only style I liked, so the next day we came back to find they increased the price even more and labeled it a completely different price. This time it was just the lady owner and we explained how we were offered a price yesterday but she was asking for double the amount now. She denied everything and tried accusing us of lying. We were shocked as I’ve NEVER experienced customer service where they changed their prices within days like that. The lady raised her voice and kept saying “I’m the owner I can do what I want and I want cash only otherwise it won’t benefit me” Read the other reviews before looking for dresses. Anyways couldn’t be bothered to deal with this drama so just left very disappointed.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. My wedding dress arrived 9 days after the agreed date and turned out the complete wrong colour. I asked for champagne colour and she gave me a pink dress and used the excuse the manufacturer got the orders mixed and did both dresses (mine and another order) pink. That should’ve been Meena Bazaars responsibility to communicate with their suppliers throughout the dress making process. How can you get something as big as the colour of the dress incorrect?! and on top of that she wasn’t remorseful in the slightest, so i was out of pocket and a dress 5 days before my wedding, thank you so much for ruining my wedding dress and my wedding dress experience. thank you for stressing me out and ruining this process for me. and thank you for your lack of help in order to sort this mess out, thank you for leaving me without a wedding dress. i really appreciate it. AVOID THIS PLACE

Biggest bridal selection I've ever seen. Stunning jaw dropping outfits. Didn't know where to start looking. First time I've entered a bridal shop and actually felt amazed. Highly recommended. Worth travelling to. Love from Leicester

I bought one of my bridal outfits from Meena Bazaar and genuinely fell in love with it. Nafees, Shamaila, and Meena genuinely care about your bridal experience and give you the best advice and support. They really cater towards your budget and manage expectations and their outfits are stunning and unique. Strongly recommend this place- the service was 10/10! Thank you so much.

Messed my sherwani order up twice, and the man is very condescending, feel like he should go to a refugee camp, it might humble him a bit.

The owner of this place is a disrespectful, condescending man. My groom’s outfit was made wrong on two occasions. Communication is a huge aspect of anything and especially when they’re you’re wedding clothes & you trust them after they messed up the first time! My advice would be to stay away from this store if you need something made from scratch/ made to measure. They don’t fulfil their promises & make your wedding shopping a very stressful experience. They can’t even keep up with dates they say clothes will be ready but are never ready. If I could, I would rate this place a 0 for their lack of professionalism & customer service.

I had an tuxedo made and it was created from scratch ,I chose a fabric from a sample swatch and added black embroidery on it, and it came out way better then I expected thank u so much for ur help with my outfit, 1 of the best service till date. Thank you meena bazaar.
