Recently brought & had a new carpet fitted by Uk carpets in my living room and was highly impressed by the staff in store as they were very friendly helpful & knowledgeable without any pushy" tactics chose the carpet we wanted at a reasonable price and in return they even disposed of our old carpet! arranged a fitting time to suit us the lads phoned us 30 minutes before arrival & were prompt & friendly & the carpet was laid within a good time & to our satisfaction so happy with the service we've been back today to order a new carpet for the hall way

Had 2 of my rooms done with UK Carpets. Friendly service in store and a good selection of carpets. The quotes we got were cheaper than the carpet shop a few doors down. Ordered the carpet on a Saturday and it was fitted on the Wednesday. Would recommend.

Awful job, was told it was their best fitter as well!! I sent pictures, he agreed it wasn't ok and said they'd sort it but never get back to me, cant give them anymore chances. Would never use again or recommend them to anyone. Only given a star because It wont let me post without one.

No prices on any of the carpets get the feeling there just looking at you and picking a price to charge. No samples to take away to compare, hugely expensive pricing for something simple like vinyl flooring very thin quoting over £260... for a small 6 x 6 room... you can buy a roll for less than £20 in b&q. Went to Oltons carpets up the road completely different experience and much better quality carpets and products.

Spent £640 on artificial grass from this company. When we laid it we discovered there were many manufacturers fault lines running through it. This company admitted there was a problem but has since ignored all communication and is not doing anything to resolve it. We now have to try and get our money back, buy and refit new grass from somewhere else. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend. They are clearly buying seconds and selling it on as perfect.
