Have called 4 times to ask to the BMW Specialist for a price on a service. My number was taken and no one called back.On my 5th phone call, a very rude member of staff came to the phone with a very rude, aggressive tone ! He told me he didn’t want me as a customer, and all I stated was that I knew the service I needed, as it had come up on the cars computer !! RUDE !!All I wanted to do was book my car in !Wouldn’t recommend !

I found Mathew, Jamie and the other mechanics working at HMW all very Efficient , trustworthy and curtious. In addition their pricing, ,although not cheap, is very reasonable.To this end I definitely recommend their garage when you need a mechanical works to be undertaken.

Had a bunch of work completed on my Audi for a reasonable price and was given a nice '67 plate C1 courtesy car. Was in and out in minutes, no faffing around. Taking my Audi back for more work tomorrow as I have faith in these guys!

I has some scratches on my bumpers, they help me to fix it, painted so well so even knowing where to look I cant spot a difference!

I had forgotten what a great garage this was having recently had to deal with a Bentley main dealer with a few issues on my wife’s car (under warranty)who in terms of client management are beyond useless. - these guys are helpful, fast and responsive and very knowledgable - compared to the main dealer it’s night and day how they manage their clients - highly recommended !

I was asked to take my car here by the guys at the garage I brought it from for an electrical fault. The garage I brought the car from (holwood cars) actually has their own garage but organised this for me as Hillside were able to offer me a loan car whilst the repair was done. The guys here were great. Very helpful, very fast and got the job done. Considering the car was only there a few hours and only actually needed a new battery they even gave it a valet for me! Great place that I would highly recommend!
