A great little cafe with a good range of food options, all with a home-made feel - you can see through to the kitchen and it's clear that they bake their own cakes. The staff are very friendly.I recommend the bread pudding. I eat far too much of this and would appreciate it if they were sold out more often!

Love the Grumpy Breakfast, lovely toast, cracking bacon & sausage, definitely worth popping in.Many thanks for being dog friendly, our chocolate Labrador loved her sausage.

I was about to drive back but needed sustenance and this place came up on maps.Not grumpy at all! Fresh bacon buttie, great mug of tea.Not a lot of money either. Lovely staff. I didn't succumb to the cakes but they looked fabulous.

Despite a very nice location and kind staff.I was very surprised how the food taste / quality /price/ availability have decreased...£1 meal for kids is very attractive£10 for a slice of cake not so !!!Uncooked scrubbed eggs go without saying...I used to like going there!
