I recently purchased an engagement ring from Ernest Jones, I was served by a lovely lady called Millet. She was amazing at helping me find the right ring with little information, as I didn’t really know what I was looking for. Her customer service was great and she was really friendly. She definitely made my experience for such a big occasion a lot easier for me.Thanks again Millet

All of these five stars go to the lovely Grace, part of the team in this EJ store. After her colleague from the online shop in Customer service were pretty much useless and gave me a number of different versions as to why my wedding ring wasn’t sent, I was lucky enough to find Grace at the other end of the phone when I took matters in to my own hands.Grace was understanding, sympathetic and proactive. 40 mins later I had an email confirming dispatch!I couldn’t thank her enough!

I just got married very recently and I am very thankful to to Ernest Jones for being a big part of this wonderful journey. I was lost and anxious at first because I don’t know where to start when buying an engagement ring, I was just a walk in costumer and when I entered the shop I was welcomed by a bright smile by their staff named “Millette” she helped me all throughout, she is very passionate with what she do, I felt very welcomed and listened to. She also taught me what I needed to know before I purchase the ring. Despite everything being new to me, all throughout I felt at ease because of her. I managed to purchase the engagement ring that day and my wife (fiancee then) really adored the ring. After engagement, I brought my wife to EErnest Jones shop for us to buy our wedding ring, we looked for “Millette” to help us, and again she wore a very bright smile that made everything smooth and made us feel at ease. I applaud Ernest Jones for the diversity they have with their staffing, it made the experience for us very memorable as we are able to connect and relate to “Millette”. We are now happily married and we still just recently come by the shop again to purchase another ring, of course with the help of Millette.

Never ever did I regretted buying my engagement ring here in Ernest Jones Cambridge. I am so moved by how amazing the service I received, a nerve racking experience turned into something light and memorable. Thank you Millet for being so good in what you do.

Riya was an absolute star. Being a beginner at picking out a watch, Riya helped me to understand what styles I like, spoke with me about different brands and recommended watches that I may like. She made my experience 10/10. I will definitely come back to this store

Richard was absolutely the best. He remembered my order for my leather strap from a year ago and was happy to honor my replacement. One of the best Ernest jones which I’ve visited in the country. They’re absolutely friendly and approachable.

I went to Ernest Jones to look for an engagement ring with my boyfriend, I wasn't quite sure what my style was or what was I looking for. Riya was so helpful and patient, making the experience amazing. She kept bringing different ideas with the information that I gave her and really helped me through the process.
