Raza was very helpful and approachable. The lady on reception was always polite. I turned up without an appointment on a busy Saturday and Raza squeezed me into his day, I also had to work that day so I was constantly on my phone which I know made things take longer but Raza was very understanding. My experience was not perfect but the team dealt with it well. On a few occasions I have not been able to get through on the phone, it either rings with no answer or a few times the call has just ended as soon as it connects. The phone is also far too quiet and it’s a struggle to hear your team. On handover a couple of things were not as agreed with the car but Derek and Brett rectified this immediately during the appointment with no fuss at all. I appreciated Dereks follow up call the next day which sadly I missed but couldn’t return the call as it would not connect again, I gave up after a couple of tries. I’ve bought quite a lot of cars from various garages around the country and it’s never been exactly as expected but what is most important is how any issues are dealt with, I have to say everyone mentioned was very helpful and professional. I’m definitely a happy customer and would certainly recommend Inchcape Jaguar Guildford.

I have recently purchased a used F-Pace from the dealership, and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. No pressure selling and I got a great deal. There was a few issues with the car on initial viewing, but these were dealt with in a timely, professional matter.I have to give a big shout out to Ashley the salesman who was superb all the way through the process, he’s an absolute credit to the company.

Discovery Sport HSE. Car serviced and a recall notice for the steering bolts. They snapped the retaining bolts trying to remove them. Car not drivable, Waited over 9 weeks for a replacement steering rack. Finally collected car not even an apology, the car was clean inside but filthy outside where it had been left outside for weeks, went straight to hand car wash to have it cleaned properly. Still waiting for call back (won’t hold my breath) about why Land Rover app is still showing my car as needing a service.

From the moment we walked into the dealership Stephen made us feel appreciated and welcomed. He understood our needs and we purchased an XE. The communication moving forward was regular, professional, and friendly. When taking delivery of the car he spent time with us going through the computer and controls, nothing seemed too much trouble. Overall, we were delighted with the service from Stephen. Steven Barleycorn is an ambassador for Inchape and the Jaguar brand in general.

I visited Inchcape Guildford by appointment to see Stirling Burrow in the sales department. I was welcomed to his desk in the show room. The atmosphere was convivial and the vehicle I was interested in was ready. Stirling made sure I was familiar with the controls. I then took the car on a test drive unaccompanied. The suggested could have been explained a little better. During the test drive my part exchange F-Pace was assessed. Stirling went over the figures and we came to an agreement. Two working days later I delivered my car and collected my new, 2 year old, car. The formalities were concluded in a friendly and efficient manner. I left a happy man. I had trouble adding the Incontrol app to my phone and after an over phone attempt by Stirling, I returned to the show room and Stirling fixed the problem. Another satisfied customer.
